This Cookie Policy explains how Soofte, Inc., doing business as Humalike AI (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, humalike.ai. It supplements our Privacy Policy. This policy covers website visitors and signed-in users, including individual AI NPC customers.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make websites work, to keep them secure, and to understand how they are used. Similar technologies (such as local storage) are covered by this policy as well.

Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance and loads only after analytics consent. It does not use cookies. Performance reports are subject to the same choice and withdrawal control as browser analytics.
3. Legal basis and consent
Strictly necessary cookies are used under our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are set only with your consent, collected through the cookie banner before any analytics starts (PostHog runs in opt-in mode). You can decline with one click, and withdraw consent at any time via the footer’s Cookie settings link; declining does not affect your use of the site. Withdrawal stops future browser analytics and clears the analytics identifiers used by our integration; it does not automatically erase events already received. You can request deletion under our Privacy Policy. PostHog is hosted in the United States; see the Privacy Policy for transfer information.
4. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings (see your browser’s help pages, e.g., for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the website functions. You can continue to use the site even if you refuse non-essential cookies.
5. Third parties
Browser analytics is processed on our behalf by PostHog. This consent choice does not switch off service-side security, reliability or accounting records needed to operate the service, which are described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party sites you choose to visit have their own cookie practices.
6. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least annually and whenever our cookie use changes, and will post the updated version on this page.
